Mods should be packaged up in ZIP file format, and should only include the files that have been modified, and not simply every file that goes into the directory you are modding. Include with the mod a file in TXT form, citing it's creator, the concept, and any special notes. Also, the quality of the mod should show that you have put some serious effort into it. All mods must meet certain quality standards before being accepted and approved. The Leadership Team will make the final determination on what is considered quality work. Each mod will be individually reviewed by the staff for approval.
